About these terms

These terms apply when you use this website or order from Lalitha Bhargavi Power Systems (“Lalitha Bhargavi”, “we”), a sole proprietorship of Gorava Venkata Ramana at No. 93, Phase-3, IDA Jeedimetla, Hyderabad – 500055, Telangana, GSTIN 36BFKPG8353L1ZY. By confirming an order, you agree to them.

What we do

We are a solar fencing manufacturer at IDA Jeedimetla, Hyderabad. We supply solar fencing systems and energizers (zatka machines) and install them for homes, villas, apartments, commercial sites, factories and farms all over Telangana and Andhra Pradesh. Complete setup will be done by us.

Prices and quotes

Prices on this website are starting prices. The price we send you in writing (on WhatsApp, SMS or email) is the price for the job described in that message. If the details change, for example the fence length, the number of wire lines or the site, the price can change, and we tell you before it does. See our Pricing page.

Orders and confirmation

An order is confirmed only when we confirm it to you in writing. Please check the site address, fence length and price in that message and tell us at once if anything is wrong.

Payment

The payment terms for your job are agreed with you on WhatsApp or by call, before any work starts.

Installation

Complete setup will be done by us: our team fits, connects and tests the fence at your site, on the date agreed with you.

Warranty

We give a one year warranty on the machine and installation. If something stops working within the year, call or WhatsApp us on +91 89779 37779.

Safe use

A solar fence gives a short, sharp shock on touch: that is how it keeps intruders and animals away. Keep the warning boards we fit in place and easy to see, and keep children away from the fence wire.

What we ask of you

• Give us correct contact and site details.
• Tell us early if your plans change.
• Give our team safe access to the site on the agreed date.

Delays outside our control

Rain, site readiness, official restrictions or other events outside our control can delay an installation. We tell you as soon as we know and agree a new date with you.

Our responsibility

We provide our products and services with reasonable care and skill. We are not responsible for indirect or unforeseeable losses. Where the law allows, our total responsibility for an order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
