Tell us as early as you can. Any advance for your order, and what happens to it if you cancel, is agreed with you in writing before you pay. If we cancel, you get back everything you paid us for that order.
Cancelling an order
WhatsApp or call us as soon as you decide. If you have paid anything, we confirm in writing how much comes back and how it reaches you.
If we cancel or cannot do the job
If we cancel your order or cannot do the job, any amount you paid for it is refunded in full.
Changing an order
Tell us as early as you can. If we can make the change, for example a different fence length or date, we confirm it in writing, together with any change in price.
Warranty
