Who we are

Lalitha Bhargavi Power Systems (“Lalitha Bhargavi”, “we”), a sole proprietorship of Gorava Venkata Ramana at No. 93, Phase-3, IDA Jeedimetla, Hyderabad – 500055, Telangana, GSTIN 36BFKPG8353L1ZY, runs this website. For the personal data described here, we are the Data Fiduciary under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

What we collect

• The mobile number you type in a WhatsApp number box. Once a full 10-digit number is typed, we save it even if you do not press the button, so we can still reply if WhatsApp does not open.
• Details you choose to share, such as the fence type, your place, the wall length or land size, your name, and anything you write on WhatsApp, by email or say on a call.
• How you reached us: the page you were on and the ad or link that brought you (for example a Google Ads click ID or campaign tags), with a short reference code. This is kept on your device for up to 90 days and sent with your enquiry.
• We do not use analytics or advertising cookies on this website at present. If we add any, our Cookie Policy lists them first.
• We do not ask for passwords, card numbers, bank details, Aadhaar or other government ID numbers on this website.

Why we use it

• To reply to your enquiry by WhatsApp or phone and send you a quote.
• To plan, install and look after your solar fence, and send you updates about it.
• To understand which pages and ads bring enquiries, so we spend less on the ones that do not.
• To meet our legal, tax and accounting duties.

We do not send promotional messages unless you ask for them, and we never sell your data.

The basis for using it

You share your number for a specific purpose, getting a reply about your enquiry, and we use it only for that purpose (Section 7(a) of the DPDP Act, 2023). If we ever need your consent for anything else, we will ask for it separately, and you can withdraw it at any time by writing to us.

Who we share it with

Only with service providers who help us run the business, and only what they need:

• our website host
• WhatsApp (Meta), for the messages you send us
• the owner’s email inbox and the private enquiry list on our website, where enquiries are recorded

We share data with authorities only when the law requires it.

How long we keep it

• Numbers that never turned into an enquiry or order: deleted within 90 days.
• Order and invoice records: as long as tax and accounting law requires.
• The number saved on your own device (so you do not retype it): up to 180 days, or until you clear this site’s data.

Your rights

• Ask what data we hold about you and who we shared it with.
• Ask us to correct, complete or update it.
• Ask us to delete it, unless the law requires us to keep it.
• Withdraw any consent you gave. This does not affect what we did before you withdrew it.
• Nominate someone to use these rights for you if you cannot.
• Complain to us, and then to the Data Protection Board of India if you are not satisfied.

How we protect it

The website runs on HTTPS. Only the people who answer enquiries can see them. We do not collect or store card or bank details on this website.

Our services are for adults. If you are under 18, please ask a parent or guardian to contact us for you.
